Tom Lyman

CEO

Tom has a passion for people and is focused on building a relationship-based business. Starting in the family business as a teenager, Tom gained extensive training and experience in the commercial and residential construction industry. He worked alongside his father and brother as an owner of High Country Contractors and Developers for 25 years, specializing in multi-family construction projects. Tom founded Considerate Contracting and Design in 2020, and has continued the pursuit of excellence, integrity and honesty in business, following his father’s legacy.

COO

Charlie is a natural team leader, with over 30 years in the construction industry. Charlie has extensive experience in residential construction, business ownership and project management. Charlie’s excellent people skills and leadership training are an invaluable asset to our company and our relationship-focused mission.
