Tom Lyman

Owner

Tom has a passion for people and is focused on building a relationship-based business. Starting in the family business as a teenager, Tom gained extensive training and experience in the commercial and residential construction industry. He worked alongside his father and brother as an owner of High Country Contractors and Developers for 25 years, specializing in multi-family construction projects. Tom founded Considerate Contracting in 2020 in Auburn, WA, relocating to the Dallas, TX area in 2024, and has continued the pursuit of excellence, integrity and honesty in business, following his father’s legacy.
